Details

Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för behovsinventering samt leverans av skyddsrumsutrustning till regionens skyddsrum. Syftet är att säkerställa att skyddsrummen uppfyller de krav som följer av Lag (2006:545) om skyddsrum, Förordning (2026:443) om skyddsrum samt tillhörande föreskrifter och vägledningar från Myndigheten för civilt försvar (MCF/MSB). Regionen förfogar över cirka 30 skyddsrum av varierande storlek, standard och skick. Behovet av utrustning och åtgärder kan därför skilja sig åt mellan de olika objekten. Efter genomförd besiktning, omfattas inte av detta avtal, kommer leverantören att få ta del av besiktningsprotokoll och sammanställningar över identifierade brister samt åtgärder som behöver genomföras i respektive skyddsrum. Med utgångspunkt från dessa underlag ska leverantören vid behov genomföra platsbesök i berörda skyddsrum för att verifiera förutsättningarna på plats och säkerställa att rätt typ av utrustning, reservdelar och tillbehör föreslås.
