Värnamo kommun och omsorgen upphandlar städ, för allmänna ytor på särskilt boende. Vidare ingår även eventuellt kommande städuppdrag för Värnamo kommun, där kommunens egna städverksamhet har behov. Alternativt kommande enskilda städuppdrag från kommunens olika verksamheter. Behoven kan vara olika och avropen beskriver det enskilda uppdraget. Det finns idag 10 stycken särskilda boenden (boendesammanställning bilaga 6) och med en total yta på cirka 10500 m². Fördelat på allt från kontor, toaletter, personalrum, förråd, entréer till samlingslokaler. Det uppskattade avtalsvärdet är 6 mkr och takvärdet cirka 7 mkr. Den upphandlande enheten garanterar dock ingen specifik volym då den verkliga volymen både kan överstiga samt understiga angivna volymer. Information gällande ESPD: Det framgår när man lämnar anbudet i e-Avrop att man som anbudsgivare kan välja att bocka för/ur ESPD-formuläret. Det är en valmöjlighet och inte ett krav att bifoga ESPD
