Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för installation, utbyte, service, underhåll och felavhjälpning av brandlarmanläggningar samt utrymningslarm, inklusive utrymningslarm med talat meddelande, inom beställarens fastighetsbestånd samt i externa lokaler där kommunen bedriver verksamhet och ansvarar för aktuella anläggningar.

Lots Lot 1 — Delområde 1. Skola, förskola och gymnasier (estimated 30000000): Delområdet omfattar utbildningsverksamheter med många dagliga användare. Arbeten i dessa miljöer ska planeras och genomföras med hänsyn till undervisning och pedagogisk verksamhet. Installationer, utbytesarbeten och andra störande åtgärder bör i möjligaste mån förläggas till lov, ferieperioder eller andra längre verksamhetsuppehåll. Lot 2 — Delområde 2. Vård, omsorg och social verksamhet (estimated 30000000): Delområdet omfattar verksamheter inom vård, omsorg och social verksamhet där höga krav ställs på kontinuitet, tillgänglighet och driftsäkerhet. Arbeten ska utföras med stor hänsyn till brukare, personal och verksamhetens funktion.. Lot 3 — Delområde 3. Kultur och fritid (estimated 30000000): Delområdet omfattar publika lokaler såsom kultur- och fritidsanläggningar. Verksamheterna kännetecknas av varierande nyttjandegrad, öppettider och publik närvaro, vilket ställer krav på flexibla och anpassningsbara arbetssätt. Lot 4 — Delområde 4. Kontorslokaler och andra specialfastigheter (estimated 30000000): Delområdet 4 omfattar kontor, brandstationer, stadshuset, sjukhusbyggnader samt andra speciallokaler och övriga fastigheter som inte omfattas av delområde 1–3 med varierande verksamhetsinnehåll och användning.
