Upphandlingen avser entreprenadkontrakt för om- och tillbyggnad av Åkerö skola i Leksands kommun. skola är en F-6-skola med cirka 300 elever. Skolan saknar idag kök och matsal och eleverna går till ett närliggande äldreboende för att äta. Skolan ska utvecklas genom om- och tillbyggnader vilket innebär ytskiktsrenovering och en tillbyggnad innehållande bland annat klassrum, grupprum, rum för förskoleverksamhet och ett tillagningskök samt matsal. Partneringentreprenad Entreprenaden ska genomföras i samverkan (partnering) mellan beställare och entreprenör. Partnering innebär en strukturerad samarbetsform där parterna gemensamt verkar för att uppnå projektets övergripande mål avseende funktion, kvalitet, tid och kostnad. Syftet med partnering är att parterna med samlad kompetens genomför hela byggprocessen där alla fokuserar på det som är bäst för projektet utifrån hållbarhet, teknik, ekonomi och förvaltning.
