Locum avser upphandla arkitekttjänster för programhandling och optionerna systemhandling samt bygghandling inkluderat produktionsuppföljning och relationshandling, Denna upphandling avser ett uppdrag som ska ledas, utföras och samordnas av Uppdragsansvarig arkitekt. Under Uppdragsansvarig arkitekt ska Handläggande och Medverkande arkitekt arbeta efter behov i uppdraget. Det krävs två olika Handläggande arkitekter som ansvarar för psykiatri respektive logistikcentrum med hänsyn till effektivitet då de är olika hyresgäster/ kunder.
