UNICEF wishes to invite your company to submit a bid for the supply and delivery of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Odor System, and PV System items for the rehabilitation of the ALSamer Pumping Station.

Submission Requirements:

Bid Form: The Bid Form and Declaration (Page 3 of the ITB document) must be completed, signed, and returned with your submission.

Technical Submission: Bidders must complete Annex B (Technical Specifications Sheet) and submit it along with all required supporting documentation, including datasheets, sketches, certificates of manufacturer, certificates of origin, certificates of conformity, and the UNICEF 104 form. The technical file must be clearly titled as "Annex B - [COMPANY NAME] - 9205368" .

Financial Submission: Bidders must complete Annex C: Mastersheet , providing their prices in Israeli Shekels (ILS), excluding VAT . Please ensure you send Annex C in both Excel (.xlsx) and signed/stamped PDF formats .

Separate Emails: Your Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted in two separate emails to ensure confidentiality.

Important Points to Note:

Delivery Terms: Please ensure your offer is quoted on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis to the Gaza Entry Point or UNICEF Ashdod Warehouses . UNICEF will evaluate delivery lead times carefully, and the ability to meet the required delivery schedule to our Ashdod warehouse is a key criterion.

Bid Validity: Your bid must remain valid for a minimum of 180 days .

Inquiries: All questions and requests for clarification regarding this tender must be submitted via email to Sarah Abdelghany at [contact details removed] , copying Jamal Abdulfattah at [contact details removed] , no later than 5 August 2026 .

Deadline: Please ensure your bids are submitted no later than 17 August 2026, COB . Late submissions will be invalidated.
