1. The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Geospatial Infrastructure for Sustainable Territorial Development Project (P506803) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and installation of cGeodetic Equipment for cadastral field measurements (25 sets of GNSS Receivers (Base + Rover Kits) and 50 sets of GNSS Rover Kits). 2. The Cadastre Agency under the National Committee for Urbanization and Sustainable Housing Market Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and installation of continuously operating reference stations (80 GNSS stations). Measurements and equalization of reference stations (130 GNSS stations). 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 3 0% and for Bid cost: 7 0% . 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Project implementation unit of the Geospatial Infrastructure for Sustainable Territorial Development project with the participation of World Bank under the Cadastre A gency, Mr. Mirsaid Sodikov, [contact details removed] and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 09:00 to 17:00 hours at the address given below. 6. The bidding document in English may be received by interested eligible Bidders free-of-charge upon submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by e-mail. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15:00 (Tashkent time, GMT+5), 21 August 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “Original Bid”, and the inner envelopes marked “Technical Part” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below: Tashkent, Chilanzar district, Chuponota street, 6-V, Cadastre Agency’s Conference hall on the 1st floor at 15:00 (Tashkent time, GMT+5), 21 August 2026 . All envelopes marked “Second Envelope: Financial Part” shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public opening.

8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD 10,000.00
