The scope of supply ("the Goods & Services") includes Supply, Installation, Testing, Configuration, and Integration of Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) including Migration of Settings for MOSD. Full details of the assignment, technical requirements, and quantities are stated in the Bidding Document, which can be viewed by interested bidders through the link mentioned above. The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MOPIC), in coordination with the Ministry of Social Development (MOSD), now invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the Supply, Installation, Testing, Configuration, and Integration of Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) including Migration of Settings for MOSD. Interested eligible bidders may obtain or download the Bidding Documents free of charge from the link mentioned above. Procurement will be conducted through National Public Bidding in accordance with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Government Procurement Bylaw No. (8) of 2022. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in a separate sealed envelope. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 3% of the total bid price in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or certified check issued by a licensed bank in Jordan, valid for 148 calendar days from the bid submission deadline. Submission Format & Deadline: Bids must be submitted in a single, outer sealed envelope containing both the Technical Part and the Financial Part in hard copies (Arabic & English), along with a CD or Flash Memory Unit. Bids must be delivered by hand to the address and contact person indicated below no later than 27 October 2026 before 11:00 (local time). Late submissions will be rejected. Public bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:00 (local time) at the address below.
