American Embassy, New Delhi (India) invites you to participate and submit your best competitive offer for “Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of AV Equipment” at American Center Building, 24-KG Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi (India). Quotation Submission:

• Deadline: On or before 22nd September 2026 (India Time). All quotations must be received by this deadline. No quote will be accepted after this time.

Basis for Award: The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible offeror submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. The Government intends to award based on initial quotations without discussion; however, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions with offerors in the competitive range, if necessary.

Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting and offer. If registration cannot be completed before award, the contractor must be registered within 30 days after award or at least three days prior to submission of the invoice, whichever occurs first. Offerors are strongly encouraged to register immediately if they intend to respond to this requirement.
