Documents required from bidders: Earnest Money as per NIT, ii) Copy of Receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engi, iii) The bidder other than OEM has to upload an undertaking that they will submit the authorization, iv) Scanned copy of valid PAN Card as issued by the Income Tax Department., v) Certificate of Registration for GST, if already obtained by bidder,, vi) Copy of GST Return Upto date., vii) Copy of Valid Electrical License. However, the contractors will be allowed to participate in te, CPWD Registration OR certificate in list of MES BSNL and other OR Similar work experience certificte, b. Scanned Copy of Letter of Transmittal. (For Non Registered Contractors only), c. Copy of Financial Turnover should be at least 30 of the estimated cost (For Non Registered Contr, d. Profit/Loss statement showing that the firm has not incurred any loss(For Non Registered Contract, e. Solvency of minimum 40 of estimated cost OR Net Worth certificate (For Non registered contractor).
