The OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine is implementing project “SPU-Support to Environmental Rehabilitation with focus on Building National Humanitarian Mine Action Capacities of Ukraine”. Within above activities the purchasing of professional diving equipment and suits, compressors, hand-held metal detectors, personal protection equipment and helmets with visors for humanitarian demining activities including underwater demining is envisaged for: All the equipment shall be provided according to the provided technical specifications and requirements. Bids submitted as separate complete LOTs are accepted. Bidder can bid for one or more LOTs. Bids are not accepted for partial compliance to any LOT. Bids shall be submitted as the following complete LOTs: LOT 1.1/2.1 - Supply and Delivery of Personal Diving Equipment; LOT 1.2/2.2 - Supply and Delivery of Diving Suits; LOT 1.3/2.3 - Supply and Delivery of Compressors; LOT 1.4/2.4 - Supply and Delivery of Hand-held Metal Detectors and Underwater Hand-held Metal Detectors; LOT 1.5/2.5 - Supply and Delivery of Personal Protective Equipment; LOT 1.6/2.6 - Supply and Delivery of Helmets with Visors. Evaluation and award will be made separately for each LOT. For possible future needs under long-term arrangements, it is intended to conclude the contract(s) for a period of three (3) years, with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions up to five (5) years.
