This RFQ refers to the Supply and delivery Laboratory Equipment (Part X) to the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.The requirement is consists of 5 items into 5 lots:

Lot 1# Platelet agitator incubator -1 Set; Lot 2# Water bath, electrothermal, boiling (90 C+) - 1Set; Lot 3# Water bath, electrothermal - 9 Sets; Lot 4# Rotational Atherectomy System (ROTA) - 1 Set; Lot 5# Atherectomy System - 1 Set.

Note to Bidders: Bidders are allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, the Bidders must offer 100% of the quantities specified for each lot. Evaluation will be done separately for each lot.
