The Ministry of Education and Training under a World Bank funded project has allocated/received funds to be used for the Supply and Delivery of English Language Support Indoor Materials for Grade 1- 3 The Entity invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the provision of the above Goods. Tendering will be conducted in accordance with the Open National Tendering method contained in the PublicProcurement Regulations 2020. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information about the Tender documents ONLY through the Email Address given below at 6(a) from 08:15am to 16:00pm . Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers(s) by sending a Proof of Purchase to the Email address below at 6(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of E500.00 (Five Hundred Emalangeni Only) . Tenders must be delivered to the address below at 6(c) at or before 09:00am on Wednesday, 26 August 2026. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security of E30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Emalangeni Only) .Tender securities must be valid 30 days beyond Tender validity date . Late Tenders shall be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 6(d) at 09:10 am on Wednesday, 26 August 2026. There shall/ shall not be a pre – Tender meeting/ site visit at on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
