Predmet javnega naročila je sukcesivna dobava lesnih sekancev za potrebe ogrevanja objektov Doma Nine Pokorn Grmovje, Pernovo 4A, 3310 Žalec, za obdobje od 1. 1. 2027 do 31. 12. 2028.

Predvidena skupna poraba znaša približno 1.700 MWh proizvedene energije. Lesni sekanci morajo biti primerni za uporabo v obstoječih kotlih Fröling, izpolnjevati zahtevane tehnične in kakovostne pogoje ter omogočati varno in nemoteno avtomatsko kurjenje. Dobave se bodo izvajale sukcesivno glede na dejanske potrebe naročnika. Naročilo se oddaja z namenom sklenitve okvirnega sporazuma s tremi gospodarskimi subjekti za obdobje 24 mesecev. Navedena količina 1.700 MWh je okvirna in ni zagotovljena. Obračun se izvaja glede na dejansko proizvedeno energijo, ugotovljeno na podlagi odčitka kalorimetra. Ponudbena cena mora vključevati vse stroške dobave, transporta, razkladanja, manipulacije in druge stroške, povezane z izvedbo naročila.
