L’objecte del present plec és el d’establir les prescripcions tècniques que han de regir el contracte de subministrament, muntatge i manteniment inicial d’un nou enllumenat ornamental de tipus cortinatge al llarg dels 240 m de l’Avinguda de Jaume I, decoració de 5 fanals de l’Avinguda de la Mare de Déu de Montserrat amb una estructura en espiral, i la decoració de la Plaça de Llevant amb un floc de neu 3D i fil lluminós al voltant de 4 arbres. Així mateix també es preveu el subministrament, muntatge i manteniment inicial de 2 figures complementàries a situar en d’altres indrets del municipi, el desmuntatge de les quals es realitzarà per part de Rosersa.
