L’objecte del contracte consisteix en el subministrament d’una plataforma informàtica de control que permet el seguiment i actualització en temps real de l’endeutament a llarg i curt termini de l’Ajuntament de Santa Coloma de Gramenet i els seus ens dependents, la valoració i càlcul de les operacions financeres, la simulació i elaboració d’escenaris i l’assessorament continuat per part dels professionals del propietari de l’eina segons característiques tècniques i condicions definides en el PPT.
