Aalborg Kommune ønsker en uvildig evaluering af kommunens deltagelse i byudviklingsselskabet Stigsborg P/S.
Evalueringen skal belyse de økonomiske, organisatoriske, juridiske og markedsmæssige konsekvenser af den valgte udviklingsmodel samt identificere de erfaringer og læringspunkter, der kan understøtte Aalborg Kommunes planlægning og gennemførelse af de kommende etaper af Stigsborg Havnefront.
Evalueringen skal have karakter af en strategisk og beslutningsunderstøttende analyse og skal kunne anvendes som grundlag for både økonomiske, organisatoriske og politiske drøftelser om den fremtidige udvikling af området.
