Predmet javnega naročila so Storitve inženirja po pogodbenih določilih FIDIC in nadzornika po Gradbenem zakonu za izvedbo projekta »Gradnja kanalizacije v aglomeraciji Zaboršt pri Dolu«. Izbrani nadzornik bo v okviru prevzetih del opravljal storitve Inženirja po BELI FIDIC knjigi, pri čemer se bodo gradbena dela izvajala po RDEČI FIDIC knjigi, strokovni nadzor in naloge po Gradbenem zakonu, koordinatorstvo za varnost in zdravje pri delu na gradbišču ter finančni nadzor in druge naloge. Obseg zahtevanih storitev je natančneje razviden iz specifikacije del, priložene v dokumentaciji v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila. Ponudba mora zajemati izvajanje vseh razpisanih storitev. Izbor najugodnejšega ponudnika se bo izvršil za celotno naročilo.
