Details

Naročnik je v letu 2024 izvedel postopek zbiranja ponudb, na podlagi katerega je bil za storitev izvajanja strokovnega svetovanja in nadzora pri UREDITVI STAREGA MESTNEGA JEDRA LAŠKO izbran izvajalec s katerim je bila sklenjena pogodba za obdobje 9 mesecev. Zaradi podaljšanja gradnje se je posledično temu podaljšalo tudi izvajanje storitve nadzora do dne 31. 12. 2025. Ker gradnja še vedno poteka, predvidoma bodo dela zaključena do 31. 12. 2026, je potrebno za čas podaljšanja zagotoviti tudi izvajanje storitve strokovnega svetovanja in nadzora pri izgradnji. Na podlagi ponudbe, ki jo je naročnik pridobil od obstoječega izvajalca storitve nadzora, izhaja, da zaradi kumulativne vrednosti storitve niso več izpolnjeni pogoji iz drugega odstavka 21. člena ZJN-3. V skladu s prvim odstavkom ZJN-3 je potrebno izvesti ustrezen postopek z objavo naročila na Portalu javnih naročil.
