Quotations shall be submitted on a Firm Unit Price basis. Quoters are encouraged to use additional discounts The RFQ is being solicited using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offerors are reminded that TSA reserves the right to award a Purchase Order for this requirement based on the initial quotes without discussions. The Transportation Security Administration, Law Enforcement Federal Air Marshal Services (LE-FAMS) has a requirement to establish a Purchase Order for Steiner ATLAS (Advanced Tactical Laser Aiming System)  a brand name or Equal basis.
