Onderdeel van de scope van realisatie van de Noordentree Zwolle en perronkappen (niet uitputtend): 1. Circulair ontmantelen van de bestaande luifel en perronkappen, met het oogsten, beproeven en bewerken van vrijgekomen materialen voor toepassing in de nieuwbouw van de Noordentree en perronkap van de Kamperlijn, op basis van het uiteindelijke ontwerp

2. Het demonteren van de bestaande winkels

3. Bouw van de Noordentree in hout en modulaire, circulaire en biobased materialen

4. Bouwen duurzame en circulaire perronkappen voor Emmer- en Kamperlijn

5. Bouw van winkelcasco’s

6. Werktuigbouwkundige, elektrotechnische en telecom installaties waaronder hemelwaterinfiltratie 7. Coördineren plaatsen OVC&P poorten en outillage waarbij de benodigde materialen en systemen in nevenaanneming worden aangelegd

8. Aanpassen bovenleidingen en afspanconstructies
