El presente contrato consiste en la ejecución de las obras para la construcción de Centro de Día para enfermos de Alzheimer y otras enfermedades neurodegenerativas, según el proyecto redactado por D. Francisco Manuel Juárez Pozuelo, aprobado por la Junta de Gobierno Local de fecha 26 de junio de 2026 y que consta en el expediente 90869/2024. La ejecución en el entorno de la N-332 está condicionada por el oficio de la Unidad de Carreteras en Alicante ALC-AUT-26-299-A4. El Ayuntamiento, como solicitante, cursará el aviso de inicio con al menos 48 horas para el acta de replanteo de Carreteras, comunicará las modificaciones y solicitará las autorizaciones independientes que procedan. El contratista facilitará los datos para esos trámites, impedirá afecciones a la calzada o interrupciones del tráfico, controlará humos, polvo y partículas y reparará los daños imputables a sus trabajos, conforme al detalle del pliego técnico. El acta de Carreteras es distinta del acta de comprobación del replanteo que inicia el cómputo contractual
