Modalidad de prestación por lotes: Lote 1: Servicio de Asesoramiento Fiscal y Tributario en el ámbito nacional La prestación se realizará bajo una modalidad de iguala, que comprende la atención continuada y recurrente de consultas, así como el asesoramiento ordinario en materia fiscal y tributaria dentro del alcance definido en el presente pliego y en el PPT. El servicio tendrá carácter global y no estará vinculado a un número determinado de actuaciones individuales, sin perjuicio de las obligaciones de calidad y plazos establecidas. Lote 2: Servicio de Asesoramiento Fiscal y Tributario en el ámbito internacional La prestación se realizará a demanda, en función de las necesidades concretas que puedan surgir durante la ejecución del contrato. Las consultas o encargos se formalizarán de manera puntual, previa definición de su alcance, y serán atendidos por el adjudicatario conforme a los requerimientos de ISDEFE.
