El objeto es el suministro mediante arrendamiento y el servicio de implantación, mantenimiento y soporte de un sistema informático para la gestión integral de los recursos humanos, control horario y confección de nóminas del Ayuntamiento de Vera, incluyendo: - La capacitación del personal especializado y de los usuarios. - Los servicios de consultoría para la implantación y la puesta en marcha de las funcionalidades definidas en este pliego. - La implantación completa del sistema, al tratarse de una implantación ex novo, que incluirá exclusivamente la migración de los datos básicos de carácter identificativo de los empleados (nombre, DNI, número de cuenta bancaria y datos análogos), sin comprender datos retributivos ni históricos de nómina.
