El presente contrato tiene por objeto la contratación de un servicio servicio integral de implantación, gestión, soporte y mantenimiento de una plataforma tecnológica de gestión policial de arquitectura (on-premise), destinada a la modernización operativa y administrativa de la Policía Local. El servicio abarca desde el suministro, mantenimiento y actualización del software, junto con la configuración de la infraestructura, hasta la dotación de hardware específico, asistencia mediante inteligencia artificial y capacitación del personal, bajo las especificaciones previstas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas.
