El objeto del contrato es la prestación del Servicio de mantenimiento de la red de saneamiento de Sant Adrià de Besòs. El servicio comprende el mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, extraordinario y de emergencia de la red municipal de saneamiento, la inspección y diagnosis del estado de los elementos, la limpieza avanzada y selectiva de colectores, ramales y elementos de captación, el mantenimiento de puntos singulares y críticos, las actuaciones sobre estaciones de bombeo, rebosaderos y DSS de la red municipal en baja cuando sean aplicables, la actualización del inventario y cartografía, el apoyo técnico a la gestión municipal, las actuaciones de conservación puntual y las acometidas municipales o actuaciones vinculadas que sean requeridas por el Ayuntamiento. El contrato tendrá carácter mixto de servicios y obras, siendo la prestación principal la de servicios. Las actuaciones de obra tendrán carácter complementario o accesorio respecto del mantenimiento, conservación o mejora puntual de la red.
