La prestación por personal especializado de un servicio de vigilancia de seguridad no armada, de conformidad con la Ley 5/2014, de 4 de abril de Seguridad Privada, y el Real Decreto 2364/1994, de 9 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Seguridad Privada, en las siguientes dependencias de la citada Consejería: -Calle Orense, 60; 28020-Madrid. -Calle Maudes 17; 28003-Madrid. -Avenida de Asturias 28 y 30; 28.029, Madrid -Calle Braganza s/n, 28.025, Madrid El personal asignado al cumplimiento del contrato desarrollará la vigilancia y protección de bienes muebles e inmuebles, así como la protección de las personas que puedan encontrarse en las citadas dependencias de la Consejería de Vivienda, Transportes, e Infraestructuras. El servicio también incluye el mantenimiento preventivo del sistema anti - intrusión, conexión a central receptora de alarmas (CRA), servicio de acuda y custodia de llaves, así como de las instalaciones de circuito cerrado de vigilancia y el resto de equipos de seguridad que se especifican en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas.
