Details

El objeto de la presente licitación es la contratación de la obra Nuevos accesos a la ampliación sur del Puerto de Barcelona. Fase 2A que consiste en la construcción de un nuevo nudo viario que permita la adecuada articulación entre la red viaria estructurante del puerto de Barcelona y la nueva autovía de acceso al puerto. Este nudo viario, a desarrollar sobre la antigua desembocadura del rio Llobregat, constituirá la infraestructura viaria más importante del puerto y deberá ser compatible con el importante nudo ferroviario a desarrollar en el antiguo cauce. Este enlace viario consistirá en una gran rotonda elevada con tres ramales, cuyos condicionantes vienen impuestos por la infraestructura ferroviaria a desarrollar en ese mismo emplazamiento. Este enlace consta de una conexión con la nueva autovía, otra conexión con la ampliación Sur y una tercera conexión que permitirá el acceso a las instalaciones portuarias situadas al norte de la antigua desembocadura. El enlace dispondrá también de 3 carriles directos. También tiene como objeto facilitar el futuro cruce bajo la infraestructura ferroviaria de redes de servicios para lo cual se ha proyectado una galería de servicios. Asimismo, incluye una conexión de carácter provisional con la infraestructura viaria situada al norte. La conexión provisional, incluida en esta actuación, permite la conexión con la calle 4. Quedará pendiente para desarrollar en el futuro una conexión definitiva, que no es objeto de este contrato. Esa conexión definitiva incluirá un viaducto que permitirá la conexión directa del nuevo enlace con la calle 3 del puerto. La ejecución de esa conexión definitiva con la zona norte (Proyecto de Nuevos Access a la Ampliación Sur. Fase 2B) será ejecutada posteriormente a la construcción del nuevo atraque 35B cuya ejecución condiciona los espacios necesarios para el desarrollo del futuro viaducto. La obra deberá ejecutarse de conformidad con el Proyecto publicado, que incluye en su contenido el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas.
