La contratación de una Oficina Técnica Administrativa externa resulta la opción más adecuada y justificada para garantizar la correcta planificación, coordinación, seguimiento y justificación del proyecto ECOCREM, cofinanciado por el Programa Plurirregional de España FEDER 2021-2027 en el marco de la Línea FID-CPI. La complejidad técnica y administrativa del proyecto, las exigencias derivadas de la normativa aplicable y de la gestión de los fondos FEDER, así como la necesidad de disponer de un equipo multidisciplinar altamente cualificado, hacen necesaria la contratación de una asistencia técnica especializada, al no disponer PARCEMASA de medios propios suficientes para asumir estas funciones con la dedicación y especialización requeridas
