El objeto del contrato es la prestación del servicio de recogida y análisis de muestras alimentarias, de superficies y de manipuladores en los centros penitenciarios de Cataluña, en el marco del servicio de alimentación gestionado por el CIRE, así como la verificación del estado higiénico y sanitario de las cocinas y la disponibilidad de acceso operativo a la aplicación o plataforma digital de gestión del adjudicatario por parte de los técnicos del CIRE.
