El objeto del contrato deberá incluir poner en marcha una solución tecnológica integral de ticketing de venta de entradas en la nube en modalidad SaaS de pago por uso y prestar los siguientes servicios asociados a la explotación: soporte y mantenimiento técnico de la solución tecnológica, soporte, formación y acompañamiento al personal municipal en la gestión integral de los espectáculos, en la venta de entradas y en todos los procesos posteriores de consolidación y explotación, servicio prestado íntegramente en la nube, suministro en modalidad alquiler, equipamiento y papel térmico asociado a la venta presencial y servicios adicionales de consultoría no incluidos en el servicio de soporte y mantenimiento.
