El objetivo reside en facilitar a los municipios el cumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas de la normativa vigente en materia de protección civil frente al riesgo de incendios forestales y, en particular, de las determinaciones establecidas en el Plan INFOCAL, dotándoles de los instrumentos de planificación y respuesta exigidos para la adecuada gestión de este tipo de emergencias.
