El contrato tiene por objeto el suministro del alumbrado navideño, lo que incluye las siguientes prestaciones: alquiler, transporte, instalación, montaje, conservación y desmontaje del alumbrado navideño, así como su custodia y vigilancia durante su instalación, montaje y desmontaje. El alcance de la prestación es la instalación de la iluminación y decoración ornamental urbana festiva, así como el mantenimiento y reposición de lámparas de los motivos luminosos, por un tiempo delimitado. Adicionalmente, la prestación del contrato incluirá la legalización de instalaciones eléctricas temporales para actividades en vía pública.
