El alcance de las actuaciones objeto del contrato consiste en la realización de un estudio de alternativas que defina tanto la capacidad de producción de agua potable de la ampliación de la ETAP, como las opciones tecnológicas para el tratamiento de potabilización. El Adjudicatario deberá realizar todas las actuaciones necesarias para alcanzar la correcta definición de los documentos específicos que se relacionan en los Pliegos. Además de los trabajos habituales de ingeniería, el anteproyecto deberá contener un Estudio de Operación y Mantenimiento, que permita desarrollar por parte de la empresa constructora la puesta en marcha y explotación de la ampliación por un periodo mínimo de un año, para que se pueda verificar la adecuada operatividad y cumplimiento de garantías. También deberá disponer de un Protocolo de Recepción de la Obra en el que se determinen las garantías funcionales y operativas que ha de lograr el proyecto constructivo, las cuales tendrán carácter contractual, y habrán de ser verificadas durante la puesta en marcha de las instalaciones.
