(en adelante CHS) entre los que se encuentra el estudio, proyecto, ejecución, explotación y mejora de las obras incluidas en sus propios planes, así como de aquellas otras que pudieran encomendárseles. El contrato tendrá por objeto la redacción del proyecto de defensa frente a inundaciones, incluyendo todos los estudios, análisis y documentos necesarios para definir técnica, ambiental y económicamente las actuaciones propuestas. Los trabajos comprenderán la recopilación y análisis de antecedentes y normativa aplicable, la realización de trabajos de campo, levantamientos topográficos y estudios geotécnicos, así como los estudios hidrológicos e hidráulicos necesarios para caracterizar el riesgo de inundación y evaluar distintos escenarios de avenida. Asimismo, se llevará a cabo un análisis de alternativas que permita seleccionar y justificar la solución más adecuada desde el punto de vista técnico, económico, ambiental y territorial. El proyecto desarrollará las actuaciones previstas, a raíz de la Propuesta de actuaciones en Letur tras la inundación del 29 de octubre de 2024, enmarcada en el contrato de estudios técnicos para la implantación de los planes de gestión del riesgo de inundación y desarrollo y mejora del sistema nacional de cartografía de zonas inundables en medidas de la dirección general del agua.
