La contratación tiene por objeto la realización en la sede del IAPH en Sevilla y del CAS en Cádiz del servicio de limpieza de dichos edificios y del mobiliario contenido, cristalerías, y demás enseres existentes en los mismos, así como la realización de actividades básicas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos y sistemas que resultan imprescindibles para el funcionamiento ordinario de la institución, todo ello con el fin de mantener en perfectas condiciones higiénicas y de utilización las zonas y medios de trabajo, dando asimismo respuesta inmediata a la aparición de circunstancias imprevistas y a la reprogramación de actividades, especialmente aquellas en las que intervengan visitantes y/o autoridades
