Con este contrato se pretende desarrollar la actividad 2.2 -Licitación de las operaciones de vuelo, de los desarrollos de las aplicaciones de procesamiento de datos y de la gestión del proyecto AGAMENON, por lo que su objeto es la contratación de un servicio integral de operaciones de vuelo de plataformas UAS de media y/o gran altitud y vuelo persistente, con sensores embarcados, así como el desarrollo de aplicaciones de procesamiento de datos, necesario para llevar a cabo parte de las actividades comprometidas por PTFSA en el proyecto de Apoyo a la Gestión de la inmigrAción de MEnores No acompañados mediante sistemas de detecciON temprana. La ejecución de las prestaciones objeto del contrato se vincula asimismo con la actividad 2.3 -Desarrollo de las aplicaciones de procesamiento de datos, ejecución de los planes de vuelo y análisis de resultados. En concreto se pretende la ejecución por PTFSA de parte de los compromisos adquiridos por dicha entidad, contando con las infraestructuras de PTFSA Canarias Stratoport for HAPS&UAS ubicado en Fuerteventura. Además, la recogida y volcado de datos se dispondrá de centro ISSEC
