The commencement date of the contract will be communicated at the Handover meeting. Only tenderers who are a CIDB contractor grading of 7CE and higher as stated on the Tender Data may submit tender offers. Tenders from tenderers registered as potentially emerging enterprises with a CIDB contractor grading designation lower than a contractor grading designation required for this tender, will not be accepted. Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database are eligible to tender. Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise. The JV partner will, however, not contribute to sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises. A compulsory briefing session A compulsory briefing session will be conducted Virtually on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 at 14:00 for a period of ± 2 hours . The briefing session will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Bidders arriving late. The Tender Registration will be closed at the time indicated by the meeting Chairperson. Late arrivals will not be allowed to participate in the meeting, and their submissions shall be declared non-responsive. A tenderer’s representative cannot represent more than one tenderer at the tender briefing meeting. A tender clarification briefing presentation will be sent to all Bidders who attended the briefing session. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure they receive the presentation.
