La oficina Regional de FAO para Latinoamerica y el Caribe y FAO Perú, bajo la Iniciativa Mano de la Mano, buscan un proveedor con capacidades de innovación y experiencia relevante que pueda diseñar un instrumento basado en mecanismos de garantía que utilice capital catalítico para generar adicionalidad, movilizando capital privado hacia la bioeconomía amazónica. El objetivo es obtener el diseño de un instrumento de financiamiento combinado para la bioeconomía amazónica en el Perú, mediante la validación de las condiciones de mercado, la evaluación de las brechas de financiamiento, la definición de la arquitectura financiera más adecuada y el desarrollo del marco técnico, financiero, institucional y operativo necesario para sus posteriores fases de estructuración legal, capitalización e implementación.
