The Request for Proposal form (page 3 of this document) must be completed and returned to

UNICEF alongside the proposals.

Proposals must be received by latest 10:00hrs on Wednesday 9th September 2026.

Bid conference. A bid conference will be held on Monday 31st August 2026 at 10hrs GMT at

UNICEF office premises.

Proposals are to be submitted by email to:

Due to the nature of this LRPS, there will be no public opening of proposals.

The currency of the Proposal shall be in Sierra Leone Leones Only.

Bidders must also include in their submission the following mandatory documents: Failure to

submit all required documents will invalidate your proposal.

Business registration/ certificate of incorporation.

Valid Tax Clearance Certificate/Equivalent

Valid NASSIT Certificate

UNGM registration number

2024 and 2025 audited financial statements
