Subject: Request for Quotations for Procurement for Solarization of PIU & 07 field offices

The Government of Sindh through Livestock and Fisheries Department is implementing Sindh Livestock and Aquaculture Development Project with financial assistance of the World Bank under International Development Association (IDA) Credit No. 7580-PK. The Sindh Livestock and Aquaculture Development Project (SLADP) aim to promote competitive, inclusive, and climate-resilient growth in Sindh's livestock and aquaculture sectors. Its objectives include increasing production, raising farmers' income, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The project also focuses on strengthening the enabling environment for these sectors, supporting the development of inclusive, climate-resilient, and sustainable practices. The project invites sealed quotations for Procurement for solarization of PIU & 08 field offices from reputed bidders/ suppliers/ authorized dealers (NTN and GST registered, active taxpayer) having previous experience of supply of similar goods for the past three years. The specifications for solarization of PIU & 08 field offices. The Subject procurement will be done in accordance with Request for Quotation method using open-market approach outlined in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF borrowers ( Fifth edition, revised September 2023 ). Eligible bidders/ suppliers/ authorized dealers having abovementioned experience and registrations may quote their competitive prices on or before 16th October, 2026 till 17:00 PST .

Terms and Conditions: All the bids shall be quoted in Pak rupees

The quoted prices shall be final and non-negotiable. Evaluation and Award of Contract The Contract will be awarded to the eligible, technically qualified and most advantageous bidder(s)/ supplier(s)/ authorized dealers(s). Delivery time: Within 30 calendar days after issuance of purchase order. In case of late delivery by the supplier, late delivery charges @0.1% of Contract award per week not exceeding 10% in total, shall be deducted at the time of payment to the Supplier. Delivery address: PIU-SLADP, A-53/1 Muslim Housing society, Qasimabad, Hyderabad and the field offices located at Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar, Thatta, Larkana, Shaheed Benazirabad, Hyderabad, Khairpur/ Tando Muhammad Khan districts. Mode of payment: Upon receipt of goods and ancillary services and acceptance of consignment in complete lot(s) by the Procuring agency, the payment shall be made within 30 Business days.

Taxes: All applicable taxes/ duties shall be included in the quoted price, which will be deducted at source as per government rules.

Validity of Quotations: The submitted quotations must be valid for Thirty (30) days.
