Predmet javnega naročila je izvajanje okoljsko manj obremenjujočih storitev pranja perila ter najema čistih inkontinenčnih podlog za večkratno uporabo, za obdobje 3 let oz. od 12.11.2026 do 11.11.2029. V kolikor se bo pogodba sklenila po 12.11.2026, se bo sklenila za obdobje 3 let. Skladno s 24. točko drugega odstavka 6. člena Uredbe o zelenem javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 51/17, 64/19, 121/21 in 132/23) mora delež univerzalnih čistil, ki ustrezajo zahtevam za pridobitev znaka za okolje EU za čistila za trdne površine glede merila strupenosti za vodno okolje ter zahtevam za pridobitev znaka za okolje EU za čistila za trdne površine glede merila o izključenih in omejenih snoveh, znašati glede na prostornino vseh artiklov univerzalnih čistil, ki jih pri zagotavljanju storitev uporablja ponudnik, najmanj 30 %. Podrobnejša specifikacija predmeta naročila je razvidna iz obrazca Ponudba – ponudbeni predračun, osnutka Pogodbe, obrazca Specifikacije ter drugih relevantnih delov razpisne dokumentacije.
