Predmet javnega naročila je razdeljen na naslednje sklope:  sklop 1: dobava novih pnevmatik - okoljsko manj obremenjujočih,  sklop 2: dobava obnovljenih pnevmatik.

Lots Lot 1 — dobava novih pnevmatik - okoljsko manj obremenjujočih: Predmet javnega naročila za sklop št. 1 so nove pnevmatike, ki so okoljsko manj obremenjujoče za obdobje 24 mesecev od dneva sklenitve okvirnega sporazuma. Pri oddaji predmeta se upoštevajo okoljske zahteve oz. cilji iz Uredbe o zelenem javnem naročanju (Ur. l. RS, št. 51/17, s spremembami). Lot 2 — dobava obnovljenih pnevmatik: Predmet javnega naročila za sklop št. 2 so obnovljene pnevmatike za tovorna vozila za obdobje 24 mesecev od dneva sklenitve okvirnega sporazuma. Predmet je podrobno opisan v ponudbenem predračunu in tehničnem opisu predmeta javnega naročila, ki je sestavni del razpisne dokumentacije.
