Vzdrževanje kuhinjske opreme različnih proizvajalcev v Negovalni bolnišnici Predmet javnega naročila je storitev rednega vzdrževanja in izrednega vzdrževanja (popravila) v času garancijske dobe kuhinjske opreme različnih proizvajalcev v Negovalni bolnišnici na Pohorju, opredeljene v Specifikaciji zahtev naročnika in seznamu opreme. Izredno vzdrževanje v okviru tega javnega naročila se izvaja le v primeru, da je krivda za okvaro oziroma poškodbo kuhinjske opreme na strani naročnika, zlasti zaradi nepravilne uporabe kuhinjske opreme. Okvare oziroma poškodbe, za katere krivda ni na strani naročnika, niso predmet izrednega vzdrževanja v okviru tega javnega naročila in se obravnavajo v okviru garancijskega vzdrževanja, ki je urejeno z drugo pogodbo (ni del tega javnega naročila). Javno naročilo je razdeljeno na naslednje sklope: Sklop 1 Vzdrževanje kuhinjske opreme proizvajalca B.PRO Sklop 2 Vzdrževanje kuhinjske opreme proizvajalca INCOLD Sklop 3 Vzdrževanje kuhinjske opreme proizvajalca Electrolux Ponudnik lahko odda ponudbo za izvajanje storitev, ki so predmet tega javnega naročila, v celoti ali po posameznem sklopu. Predmet tega javnega naročila je tudi dobava vseh rezervnih delov in potrošnega materiala potrebnega za izvajanje storitev vzdrževanja iz prvega odstavka.
