Predmet naročila je izgradnja, vzdrževanje in nadgradnje informacijskega sistema eSRRS (v nadaljevanju eSRRS), ki bo nadomestil obstoječo aplikacijo r-Sklad. Sistem je sestavljen iz zunanje aplikacije (portal za stranke/vlagatelje) in notranje aplikacije (za zaposlene SRRS). Celoten projekt bo izveden v fazah, kot je podrobno opisano v »Tehnični specifikaciji« (poglavje IV. tega dokumenta).
