Predmet naročila je opravljanje strokovnih nalog v zvezi z zagotavljanjem varnosti in zdravja pri delu – zunanji strokovni sodelavec po Zakonu o varnosti in zdravju pri delu (Uradni list RS, št. 43/11), Resoluciji o nacionalnem programu varnosti in zdravja pri delu 2018-2027 (Uradni list RS, št. 23/2018) in pripadajočih podzakonskih pravnih aktih; ki bo opravljal tudi naloge požarne varnosti po Zakonu o varstvu pred požarom (Uradni list RS, št. 3/07 – uradno prečiščeno besedilo, 9/11, 83/12, 61/17 – GZ, 189/20 – ZFRO in 43/22), Zakonu o gasilstvu (Uradni list RS, št. 113/05 – uradno prečiščeno besedilo, 23/19, 189/20 – ZFRO, 39/22 in 117/22 – ZVNDN-C) in pripadajočih podzakonskih pravnih aktih in obravnave poškodb javnih uslužbencev in zaprtih oseb.
