Predmet naročila je dobava električne energije za potrebe naročnika za vsa merilna mesta, ki so navedena v prilogi razpisne dokumentacije, to je na seznamu merilnih mest z nazivom merilnega mesta ter s predvideno porabo za obdobje 24 mesecev, to je od podpisa pogodbe, predvidoma od 1. 1. 2027 do 31. 12. 2028 ter za morebitna v obdobju trajanja pogodbe novonastala merilna mesta.
