Predmet naročila je: SKLOP 1 - Izvajanje nadzora nad izvedbo vseh GOI del ter kvalitativni, tehnični, finančni nadzor nad gradnjo, vodenje in koordinacija izvedbe projekta, tehnično svetovanje in druge inženirske storitve v izvedbi pri gradnji stanovanjske soseske Ob Savi, Kranj in gradnji komunalne opreme. SKLOP 2 - Izvajanje BIM nadzora pri projektiranju in gradnji za zagotavljanje kakovosti v procesu izdelave PZI BIM, PID BIM modela ter nadgradnja v FM BIM model za vzdrževanje in upravljanje. BIM nadzor obsega pregled dokumentov BIM izvedbenega načrta, pregled PZI BIM modela, pregled PID BIM modela, povezovanje dokumentov in PID BIM modela v FM BIM model, sprotna poročila.
