Predmetom zákazky sú opravy, údržba a servis klimatizačných zariadení v nasledovnom rozsahu: 1. Plánovaná oprava klimatizačných zariadení 2. Servis vnútorných klimatizačných jednotiek 3. Servis vonkajších klimatizačných jednotiek 4. Servis klimatizačných zariadení – fan-coilov – podokenných súprav 5. Servis klimatizačných zariadení – fan-coilov – stropných kazetových súprav 6. Kontrola merania únikov chladiaceho média klimatizačných zariadení v zmysle zákona č. 286/2009 Z. z. o fluórovaných skleníkových plynoch a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov 7. Neplánovaná oprava klimatizačných zariadení - jednotiek 8. Výmena filtračných vložiek filtrov klimatizačných zariadení - jednotiek 9. Dodávka náhradných dielov (ND) a spotrebného materiálu (SM) pre klimatizačné zariadenia - jednotky Ďalší opis a náležitosti plnenia predmetu zákazky sú dané prílohami súťažných podkladov a to: a) Príloha č. 1 „Špecifikácia Služieb“ k zmluve, ktorá tvorí Prílohu č. 2 súťažných podkladov, b) Príloha č. 1a „Výkaz na ocenenie predmetu zákazky“ formulára Ponuka, ktorý tvorí Prílohu č. 1 súťažných podkladov.
