Predmetom zákazky je pravidelný zber, vývoz, zneškodnenie alebo zhodnotenie rôznych druhov komunálneho odpadu z nádob na odpad umiestnených v rámci územia verejného obstarávateľa (všetkých troch obcí) a zároveň evidencia zmesového komunálneho odpadu. Špecificky ide o nasledujúce odpady v zmysle Prílohy č. 1 k Vyhláške č. 365/2015 Z. z., ktorou sa ustanovuje Katalóg odpadov. Ide o spoločné verejné obstarávanie troch obcí - Poruba, Nedožery-Brezany a Pravenec.
